** We do not accept returns on opened products, hair extensions, eyelashes, wigs, or hair products.

To protect our customers as much as possible, all returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and you must return in original packaging. Our shipments include tracking and signature confirmation to help protect from fraud.

Any complaint or request for a refund needs to be submitted to customer service within 7 business days of receipt of order.

We will accept exchanges on unopened products. You must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of purchase to initiate an exchange.

All exchange items will be the same or lesser value than the original item.
